As soon as we pick we process our fresh fruit into Apple Leathers, Berry and apple leathers, Butters, Apple Sweets, Apple Rings, Sauce, Juice and Gravenstein Apple Cider Vinegar without additives or added sugar. It is that fresh when it comes to market. and when the apples are gone, we’re gone From our non sprayed, dry-farmed orchard we also bring dried lavender and yarn to the market.
