Happy Memorial weekend everyone!  I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the Veterans in this community and beyond.  We have so much to be grateful for but, after an incredibly heartbreaking week.. there is still so much work to do.  By shopping the farmers market and by participating in this community you are making a difference. We are stronger together.

 

We thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for taking time out of your busy holiday weekend to join us at the market for another special Sunday event.  Looking for an escape from the maddening holiday crowds?  Come shop with us, grab something to eat and enjoy the music.

This Sunday,  special musical guests from Mendocino County, Megan Miller and the Metta will take the stage

And, on June 5th  All Things Herbal Fair and Sonoma County Herb Exchange benefit will join us with musical guest Marcos Pereda and a pop up show from the Sebastopol kids ballet at 11a!

 

Starting this week..The Patch is back for the season.  Look for Jewel Dates, Olivino and Tera Savia organic wines and olive oils and Twin Peaks organic stone fruits also at the market this Sunday!! Make sure to put Dominique on your market list.. she will have lots of tasty treats just for you!!

 

New local entrepreneurs will be joining your favorite craft vendors in the plaza!! Check it out!!

 

Bring your favorite garden and kitchen tools.. Edgeworks will be streetside.. Now at the market each and every Sunday for all of your sharpening needs.

 

Welcome CalFresh Customers.  It’s the last Sunday of May Market Match Month! We will be doubling up to $20 for one more week.  $20 gets you $40.  Thank you for supporting local farmers by shopping the farmers market!!

 

Plant a garden!!  Lots of incredible veggie, herb and edible flowers now at the market and lots of excellent advice too.. Master Gardeners have returned to the market for the season!

 

Hey all.. it’s bbq season!!  So, fire up the grill and make sure to have plenty of veggies to roast!! Like..summer squashes!! asparagus, spring garlic, spinach,  arugula, lettuces, microgreens, tot soi, bok choy, mustard greens, kales, collards, swiss chard, napa and other cabbages, salad radishes, cucumber, turnips, carrots, beets,  leeks, potatoes, mushrooms, broccolis, cauliflowers, red onions, winter squashes,  herbs and so much more… Please!  Don’t forget the flowers!!

 

It’s the beginning of the stone fruit season.. peaches, apricots and local mulberries too!!  Make sure to get your citrus!! tangerines, grapefruits, navel and blood oranges, lemons and limes while they last.  Sweet cherry and local organic strawberries too!  Oh, and Dates!!

 

Enjoy farmer inspired products like organic nut butters, almonds and walnuts.  You will also find meats, eggs, cheeses, olive oil, wines, vinegar, dried fruits, olives, honey, herbal teas, jams, hot sauces and pesto, breads, pastries and other homemade treats are just some of what you will find at the market.
