Ok, by now most of you have noticed that I haven’t been at the market…

SFM Newsletter December 1st
Dearest most amazing Sebastopol Farmers’ Market community. We honor you this Thanksgiving holiday weekend for being our solid core support. For that we are forever grateful!! I know it’s been an overwhelming week with so much going on. We invite you to take the time to take a time out at the market, to decompress, breathe and think about detox options!!
Step one: relax, breathe and enjoy.
Step two: Make the market your one stop shop for all that you need to cleanse and get healthy for the long holiday season to come. Come on..You can do it with delicious, nutritious farm fresh vegetable/fruit smoothies, soups and stews. Ask Nan from Rainbow’s End about the magic of herbal teas and Stanton at Orchard about the benefits of burdock root for delicious hearty soups and stews!!
Step three: Shop the crafts section of the market for that unique something for you or that other special someone!! :)
Remember, we are here for you each and every Sunday, rain or shine!!!
