Dearest Sebastopol Farmers’ Market Community. We are honored to invite you back to the market for another glorious Sunday! Come celebrate with us the bounty of the season and share in community all that we have to be grateful for.
For all of our CalFresh customers, this is the final day of the Heritage Turkey Dinner give away. Make sure you enter the raffle when you shop with us this Sunday. The winner will be chosen after market closing.
On stage this week, please welcome Lithium Jazz. We are excited to have them play for us.
Plus..Hidden Forrest Nursery will be sharing their secrets on how to grow edible tubers and other perennial edibles. Don’t miss the live, hands on demos at their booth and at the gazebo during band intermissions.
At the market this week, we are incredibly excited to announce all that is available at your favorite farmers’ market vendor booths including.. lettuces, microgreens, arugula, spinach, kale, chard, bok choi, savoy, napa and red and green cabbages, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, beets, rutabagas, turnips, jerusalem artichokes, onions, shallots, fennel, mushrooms, peppers, eggplants, tomatoes, summer and winter squashes, herbs and so much more. For those of you who missed seeing Singing Frogs last week, they will be back at the market this Sunday!
Fruit offerings include persimmons, pomegranates, grapes, heritage apples and pears, figs, limes and YES! Stony Point will be back with more organic STRAWBERRIES!! Get them while you can.
Plus if you didn’t notice last week, Twin Peaks is back with organic mandarins and persimmons. Yes! There will be organic DATES!!
Don’t forget other local sustainably produced items including nuts, eggs, meats, olive oil, wine, bread, pastries, pasta, apple cider vinegar, tomato sauces and more. If you haven’t noticed, Hector now has sustainably raised beef and for you seafood lovers, both Princess Seafood and Paul’s Smoked Salmon will be back at the market this Sunday!!
Princess Aisha will be back in her usual spot. Please stop in and ask her about the charity she runs in Africa. Make sure to visit our craft vendors for early holiday shopping ideas.
