Hello Sebastopol and welcome to the 3rd week of the Eat Local Zero Waste Challenge. There’s still time to join in as we celebrate organizations and businesses who are working on zero waste solutions with an event this Sunday, October 20th, 10-1:30 co-sponsored by 350 Sonoma and Recology with special guests including Straus Family Creamery, Community Market, CAFF and the Farmers Guild and many others!! Learn how easy it can be to live a more zero waste life style. We will have demos, activities and information for kids and adults. Decorate your very own cotton reusable produce bag, find out about worm composting with the Master Gardeners and learn about the magic of biochar from Pacific BioChar. It’s a day of exploration and information that will inspire you. Please remember to bring your own bags and containers and get a ticket to enter the Zero Waste raffle at the info booth to win a gift certificate for the Sebastopol Farmers’ Market!!
